Workplace Circles: run your own circles at work

New to Workplace Circles? Read how they work and watch the three-minute film first: what a circle is, who hosts it, what happens in a session, and what your organisation sees.

An Accompany Circle is a small group of 6 to 8 colleagues who meet for eight sessions of 75 minutes, in work time. Each session practises one skill for wellbeing, with a short why, a practice, real conversation and something to try during the week. Your organisation certifies its own people to host them, and then runs as many circles as it wants.

What your organisation receives: after each session, the number present. Never names, and never anything that was said: every circle agrees to this in its first session, along with this one: nothing said in a circle is ever used in an appraisal, review, selection or discipline. Joining is a free choice.
